1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jlbd platform and all its services. By accessing the jlbd website or using any of its services, you are considered to have legally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

jlbd is an online casino and sports betting platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether or not they are registered members.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the jlbd platform:

• Each person may operate only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. jlbd is not responsible for account security breaches if you have not kept your login details secure.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the jlbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before approving a withdrawal request, jlbd verifies whether the applicable wagering or betting requirements have been met on the account in question. jlbd reserves the right to carry out additional verification in cases of unusual or suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be on hold until this verification process is complete.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of any fraudulent activity in deposits or withdrawals is found, jlbd reserves the right to permanently close the account and confiscate funds.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jlbd offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is provided under specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at jlbd, you will receive a 100% first deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 adds the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion may be used only once.
• jlbd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus at any time.
• A bonus may be forfeited if you are found to be ineligible or in breach of the conditions.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

jlbd operates a four-tier VIP program. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular betting activity and receive higher weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is provided according to the specific conditions of each tier. jlbd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlbd platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial flows.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or use of bots.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting or abusing loopholes in the bonus system.
• Taking advantage of software vulnerabilities or technical weaknesses in the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy from a prohibited country or region.

7 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content published on the jlbd website — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is protected under jlbd's copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others is displayed on the jlbd platform under their respective licensing agreements.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability
